Service Description

This 3-month mentoring program will help you discover your strengths, weaknesses, and values. You will learn how to set SMART goals and create a plan to achieve them. You will also learn how to manage your time and stress, and maintain your mental health. With the guidance of your mentor, Stacey, you will be well-equipped to reach your full potential. The program will cover a variety of topics, including: Identifying your strengths, weaknesses, and values Setting SMART goals Creating a plan to achieve your goals Managing your time and stress Maintaining your mental health The program will also include opportunities for group activities and workshops.
